Ok, so we recently PCSed and I need to change from TriCare prime North to Tri Care Prime remote West. How do I do it?

I recently got the book "Healthcare for Less" by Michelle Katz that has helped me save money on my health insurance. I am not in the military, but as I just looked through the book, I noticed there was a whole section on TriCare. You might want to check it out at your local Barnes and Noble...the book cost about $15 and is very easy to read and helps you through the process of Medicare, finding resources to pay your bills, websites etc...I think this might be a great resource for you too.
