I wonder if they will continue playing each other after this season; it seems to be a great game and a neat little rivalry.

Also, while you are at it what is the name of the Texas U mascot? I always forget the name of that goofy looking Longhorn, hehe.

Go Brutus and go Bucks!

It is probably one of those good home and away series that come about every 10 years or so. Texas had a similar series with Notre Dame in the early 90s. I wish it could become a regular event because both schools have great tradition and very dedicated fans.

BEVO is the mascot of which you speak, and he will prevail over Brutus this weekend. Hook Em!

Texas by 2 touchdowns.

They couldn't handle Texas last year in Columbus, they don't even sniff them in Austin.
Colt McCoy proved last week that he can hang on to the football well enough to allow the running game and the defense to win games.
Ohio State proved last week that their defense can't stop the running game, even against Northern Illinois.
It's still summertime in Austin. Jamaal Charles runs all over the Buckeye defense and Troy Smith melts in the heat.

I-35 North should be pretty empty at halftime so the Buckeye fans shouldn't hit much traffic getting an early start out of my state.

Hook'em !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His name is Bevo. After tomorrow you might want to forget it. He's a hell of a lot better mascot then that furry headed little buckeye (whatever the hell that is).

It was supposed to be for just two years, but I hope they continue it. Texas won't want to after this year though. Next year they will want to go back to their sissy schedule.
