Why do people think it's so just because the media tells you it's so?? The fact is, it hasn't gotten any better. Teens are still willing to take the same chances as they did 20 years ago. I wouldn't believe the media if they told me the sky was blue.

EDUCATION IS THE REASON. PARENTS, TEACHERS, AND OTHER COM UNITY FIGURES ARE FOCUSING MORE ON TEACHING AND SHOWING OUR CHILDREN THE AFFECTS OF DRUGS AND THE CONSEQUENCES. I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS ON THE DECLINE BUT IF IT IS I'M HAPPY TO SEE A CHANGE IN THE WAR OF DRUGS. TOUGHER LAWS DO NT DETER ANYONE. ITS THE OVERALL PICTURE.

I believe it's a bunch of propaganda that the gov'mt and the media tell us.Most young people i know of are hard gies and drunks.

yeah right the only way there is a reduction is law enforcement is arresting all the dealers.
