I know it is a strange thing to ask but I`ve always wanted to know how to do it on purpose.

Just Look Up as far as you can.

First, you need to get possessed by Satan. Once that happens, you can roll your eyes and your head around. Problem solved. The exorcist movie shows you how to do it.
