You can't.
You can boot MS-Dos from a floppy disk, but if your hard drive is formatted in NTFS you cant access it.
Command prompt from the F8 boot menu is not a "true" MSDos
and some old Dos applications will hang (expecially games)

U can boot DOS via pressing F8 only until now the abode windows reveal screen seems (least perplexing way is to initiate pressing it after the BIOS has comprehensive booting the workstation and save going) whilst it alternatives it up you would be on the abode windows boot selection reveal screen. choose command on the spot from the checklist.

when your machine start booting start pressing F8 button...
F8,F8,F8,F8,F8........
then you will get one window with available booting methods..
select command prompt ....
