Use utorrent

Assuming you have Bittorrent downloaded you will then need Azureus or my favorite BitComet. There are loads of others to chose from.
That should put it into a format you can use. Quite often you will also need to use WinRar as wel to decompress the file you now have.

You would need the torrent client used for creating the torrent file in order to put it back to its original format for viewing on your computer.

if you have installed bil torrent than
go to a website that has torrents ie; piate bay is the best
click download torrent
click yes when it ask if u want to accept connentions from the internet
save on desktop

it seem you have a torrent file and u don't have an idea how to use it...well..u have to download the torrent client such as bittorrent..azureus, etc.. (i recommend bittorrent)...
go to www.bittorrent.com website and download the client..then install the client..the run the program and open the torrent file using bittorrent
