Before you apply put a tiny amount of Vaseline on , get your lip stick brush an start by apply small layers off red lipstick don't bother with lip liner they always smudge , then just build up layers till you have the result you are looking for then put some tissue in between your lips to take away moisture then a bit of lip gloss an they should look great any go red lip stick is fine Avon do a very nice range of reds ...

First, use some powder on your lips. Then, give your lips a proper shape with the help of lip liner. After that, fill the lipstick in your lips. To remove, excessive lipstick, use blot paper in between your lips once immedicately after filling the lips. Your lipstick will last long with this method. The method is same for applying any kind of lipstick(Matt, Light,Dark Colours) except for lip gloss. Because after using lip gloss, don't use the blot paper within your lips.

First use a lip conditioner. Then, line your lips with a color closest to your own natural color. The color you choose should compliment your skin color and keep in mind that gloss is in right now!!
