You can report them to donotcall.gov
Before you do that, remember that you can be called legally if it is on behalf of a non-profit organization like a charity or if it is by a company that has you listed as an account or if you've bought anything from them in the last 18 months.

u know u can actually sue the company for harrasment?
if the same company keeps callin, i would write down what time and day they called, give them a final warning , to take u off the "call list" take the person's name down.
if they call u after ur warning, u can file a claim with there company.
i saw in the news a guy did that and came out with thousands of dollars in settlement.

It's against the law for them to keep calling. You can go to the donotcall.gov website and file a complaint. Those companies can be fined.

I believe it is possible to file a compaint against violators at www.donotcall.gov
I think the process is such that if the authorities get sufficient complaints on a violator, they will take action against them.
