It depends upon where in ancient Aegypt you are, Upper and Lower Kingdoms were different in their population makeups. Not a good question for Comics and Animation. Paint them with a terracotta based colour.

there were some egyptians that were infact black. but not ALL of them. even a few of the pharaohs were black. they were the nubian kings from the kushite dynasty (25th). i dont see how this is up for debate though, this isnt opinion it is fact. even if you look at ancient egyptian artwork you can see that some of the figures were painted black, and others tan. but in all honesty skin color did not matter back then.

Only radical black activists think that the ancient Egyptians were black. Of course they also try to tell you that everybody who has been famous throughout history is black as well.

Yes, they were very dark skinned. Black is kind of a misleading and outdated term. African Americans aren't even black. An iron skillet is black.
