How many inches across the back should a size 12 garment be shoulder to shoulder, and a size 10 and 14 please

Size 10 - 17 1/2"
Size 12 - 18 2/8"
size 14 - 18 6/8"
This is the measurement across, from shoulder to shoulder, not sewn. Seam allowances are generally 3/8-5/8" depending on the style of the pattern, so adjust those to fit.

16.5 = size 12
15.7 = size 10
17.3 = size 14
(first converted it into European size, then from cm to inches, so I'm convinced this is the right measurement)
