Depends on what browser you are using -- IE, firefox, etc. Edit your question to tell me your browser, and I will edit my answer to tell you how to do it! :-)

EDITED TO ADD:

(Sorry it took me a while to get back here, I'm at work!)

Looks like a couple of other folks have headed you in the right direction for Internet Explorer -- you click TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS then PRIVACY

On the privacy tab, you can move the settings slide bar and read under each setting what the cookie policy is at set yourself acccordingly (I'm at MEDIUM myself), or you can click "Advanced" and choose to override the settings yourself -- if you do this, I'd suggest you set "accept" or "prompt" for first party cookies and set "prompt" for third party cookies.
