The tires and rims have been replaced and the truck still vibrates. Just wondering if this is a common problem.

Possible causes: Tire balance, bent rim(s) suspension, or alignment problem, drive shaft out of balance, bad wheel bearing, or bent axle, CV joint defective. Depending on tread design of your tires, you may need a hydraulic steering stabilizer. (Heavy off road type tread designs can vibrate, bounce and wander) Even a new vehicle can have defective or damaged parts right off the assembly line.
