i can tell you where you have to fill this up in outlook express 6.
1] click on TOOLS
2]click on ACOUNTS
3] click on MAIL tab
4] click on PROPERTIES
5] click on SERVERS tab
6] And there u have to fill the pop id ,which usually goes like this...pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com

There are a couple of settings that you need to enter into your Outlook or Thunderbird services. You ISP can provide that information for you and you'll need to make sure you get two things. 1) POP3 address 2) SMTP address.

Good luck

if youre using outlook express, they need you POP server, aol, phone company, whoever you get your service thru, or you can just get a web mail like yahoo or hotmail.

i imagine they're addresses or such that the internet service makes use of to communicate along with your pc. supply them a call (they're those that deliver you a bill), then write the POP3 down in a pc to maintain through your pc with different pc information so that you may have it for destiny use.
