Technically speaking this is not the case, however the nightlife begins and things can get a little warm around the collar in many different aspects. More alcohol is consumed, people are out of work, and they need to unwind a bit. I would say 75% of the time it is hotter when the sun goes down for JoBu. The exception being if the sun never comes out that day at all.

THIS depends on who you are with! If it is a chipendales dancer with a big crush on YOU, then YES it sure is hotter... if it is the plumber with the pants that don't fit correctly, then NO, plumber crack is NOT hot!
