I've head that bio oil is good but my family use Oxy on the spot. Apparently this helps to remove spot marks. I haven't tried because i believe in letting spots and marks to go naturally or use natural/herbal ingredients.

Mederma or Maderma I'm not sure of the correct spelling but I heard that it works, I used it on 10 year old stretch marks and they are now almost invisible.. I use it for every one of my childrens cuts and scrapes, and for my friends who have had acne really bad, try it let me know how it turns out.
P.S. You have to use it a couple of times a day for about 2 weeks before you will be able to see any results, and continue to use it until your satisfied!!! Good Luck.

If your scars are really bad, and your doctor considers it advisable, you can get 'dermabrasion' which is, in essence, rubbing down your face with an abrasive as you would rusty car bodywork. Also, there are 'chemical peel' treatments available, but these two options are most certainly to be to be approached with caution, and under medical supervision.

I am an Arbonne skincare consultant. You will really appreciate these products if you give them a chance. All of our products are hypoallergenic, dermotologist tested, organic offerings, no animal testing, no animal by-products, botanically based (plant based). We are very popular for our anti-aging sets. We have seen them work wonders and change many people's lives. The acne line is awsome. I use them myself. I battled acne all my life and I've tried it all from the at home natural remedies to the proactiv to the dermotologist. Nothing worked for me until I was introduced to arbonne. Please take a look for yourself and discover what Arbonne can do for you too. Go to arbonne.com enter consultant ID#16329378. If you are not able to place an order or would like further help please email me at jca0205@yahoo.com. I would love to assist you in any way possible. I would even like for you to look at some before and after pics. They are awsome!!!

I'm guessing that you are from the UK, because over there you guys call what we call in the US "zits", "spots". I don't know if they sell it over there, but I used this stuff on my spots, hey, I like using that word better...anyway..I used something called "ScarZone" and they faded like you wouldn't believe. Drink a lot of green tea, and take Vitamin E pills, that will help :)
