You only need one QB on your roster, and pick another one up on that QBs bye week. You should drop Vick and Young and pick up some WR and RB depth. Right now you have one RB starter (Jones) and basically three backups.

I disagree with the last guy, that said to drop your back up QBs. You have to have backup QBs just in case, it's highly unlikely you'll sign a QB like Vick or Young on week 8 when Bledsoe has a bye. Your squad is pretty good, but Jones wont be starting all year, and Bush isn't an every down RB. I'm not sure wtf is going on at RB in houston, but I'm guessing Dayne is the guy now, so that should be a decent pick up for you. If you really want to move a QB, I would try and find a sucker and trade Vick/Bush for a top tier RB.
RB is the way to go.

Everything looks good considering who you have. The only changes I would make are to start Crumpler at TE and to go with the Dallas defense.
