Some sites offer this but leave off on how to to it and where to put your html pages. Does Yahoo provide any free space for a personnal page or does any other service. I made some small HTML pages on my PC but have no where to put them.

Yes..yahooo do...BUt the problem is they also have ads in your website...so when any1 opens it..its full of ADS..&

there are alternatives
TRY.. www.50webs.com
they give adfree space..and they allow your Domain Names if you have registered any....TRY it its gr8(without ADS)

if you are beginner in web development...i suggest you should use space and account of
www.bravenet.com
because they have very advance online web development wizard tool by using that tool you can develop your whole site within 1 day..because you have to just give content and images..layouts, patterns are already there.

Try it..you will love it...
ALL THE BEST..
