Ask him why if he hates it here so much, why not just return to his country. If his response is in regards to making money, etc, then ask him to please at least show a little respect for this country that is allowing him this opportunity. Let him know how ungrateful he sounds, and that this is the type of attitude that makes people dislike immigrants.
(then report his @ss)

Is this a legit business? Most illegals work under the table because they have to. If he is on a legit payroll he is probably here legally. Besides- you are just being a douche reporting him. Maybe he is a really good guy. Our culture is a little wack you know.

Who cares if he hurts our culture, he has the right to feel what ever he wants to feel, leave the guy alone unless he's hurting you in any way. maybe he really needs this job to support his family, don't forget some day you might find yourself in a similar situation, and the last thing you need is to get karma back.
The best thing for you to do is to live your life, and let others do the same.

Contact your local DHS office. Although for just one person I'm sure much won't be done. Unless he has a criminal record.

just because he doesn't like the place doesn't mean he doesn't have a right to try to provide for his family. being a US citizen doesn't mean you have a God-given right to make a decent wage, it's a privelege, and one you're very lucky to have.

Dunno, talk to your boss. If that doesnt work, contact the department of homeland security.
But ,just 'cause he hates america doesn't mean he's illegal. I would suggest that you try to talk to him or ask a co-worker of his ethnicity to talk to him.
