Hey guys, thanks for your time. What happened her is that I used to have a computer where, on start-up, it gave me 5 seconds to decide whether to boot to linux or to windows xp pro. Well, just a couple weeks ago, the partition for windows xp became corrupt, so I had to reformat it and install windows xp fresh. So now when I boot up the computer, instead of a screen for me to decide which operating system to load, I get a blinking curser in the top left corner for 5 seconds. I know that linux partition is still on there, but how do I access it? Better yet, how do I return the startup to its original state?
