Because Tarzan is really a woman....where do you really think "Boy" came from? Wasn't Tarzan Boy's Mother until Jane came along and took control???

Tarzan actually has a condition where he can't grow hair. The hair on his head is actually a wig made from monkey hair.

i believe his creator is a woman ---if he's a man then probably a woman by heart. imagine - using stone as a shaving razor...!!! probaly his creator wanted tarzan not to be mistaken as an abnormal chimp or a gorilla ..
