Don't ever use soap to wash your face because it will dry your skin and stimulate the secretion of sebum. Therefore, you will have the same oily skin. For the same reason (aka it will dry your skin for the moment and then stimulate the sebum) don't use products specially made for "oily skin".
A dry complexion will encourage the pimples to keep appearing.
Use toner after every wash, avoid the ones based on alcohol (they dry).
Only use lotions at night, not in the morning - that is to avoid all the dirt and dust that the wind brings from entering your pores.
Use (when leaving the house) a complexion foundation, never powder. It will protect your skin from the damaging substances that exist in the environment.
I recommend that you start use lotions based on olive oil. It really works miracles! You will have a soft, healthy skin.
Always use make-up remover, even when you are not wearing any make-up because it really will clean your face.
Use mud masks! They are the best ones! You can also use masks containing olive oil, carrots, minerals, vitamins etc (at least once a week).
For your pimples you must also work on your diet. Avoid fat foods and sugars, coffee, chocolate.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
You will surely look and fell healthier.
Good luck!

My skin is very oily and i found the perfect products for me... i had been strugling with acne for over 9 years and i finally found these that help with oily skin.... they are called Arbonne... i wash my face with their RE9 Hydrating wash which remove all traces of dirt and make up, then i use from their intelligence line the exfoliating masque which is a scub and masque you leave it for only 5 minutes and then i use the toner and then their eye cream... you need not to attack the oil, remember that if you use products to attack it it will worsen... just use botanically based products and wash your face no more that twice a day.... to have a matte finish i use their personalizer .... just great because it neutralizes the redness which is a characteristic among oily skin people.... check their site out ... and contact them they are really helpful .... http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com

I have similar skin, and wash it with a toner three times a day (don't use soap), and then exfoliate at night. While the frequency of pimples is lower now, I still get them. In consulting a doctor, he mentioned you can wash you face 50 times a day, and still get them. He said the number one thing to do is watch you diet (i.e. the old you are what you eat). If you eat a bunch of fatty foods, you will get pimples. I try to use a toner wash, exfoliate at night, and eat a decent diet (lacking fast food or fatty chips, cookies, etc), and it seems to work well. Good luck

You may be using a soap that is stripping off your face’s natural softeners, causing initial dryness, but provoking an overproduction of oil that makes it look oily afterward. Using Daily Face Wash (http://www.menscience.com/Daily-Face-Wash-P12C0.aspx) will prevent those problems. Wash your face again in the evening if it still looks oily.
