Less is really easy even if you work full time. As long as your work and school schedules are flexible.

Most BA/BS degrees are 120 to 128 credits.
Take at least 18 credits per semester. 21 preferrably. I took 21 doing only night classes and saturday classes while working full time. I got my degree graduating with honors using the following schedule.

Take at least 12 credits per summer. 18 to 21 is better. Again, I did 21 credits one summer and 18 another while working full time. This may require internet or independant study courses though.

You can be done in two years.
Fall - 21
Spring - 21
Summer - 21
Fall - 21
Spring - 21
Summer - 18
Total = 123 credits

If you keep you GPA up in the c_u_m laude range (generally above 3.5) the dean of you program will probably excuse you from one or two classes. Also, if you run out of classes to take, go to another college as a non-matric student. Take classes not offered at you college and transfer the credits. Make sure your college will accept them.

I'm getting my associate's degree in accounting this December after 2 1/2 years; I'm going into a bachelor's program for Criminal Justice after that, which will be another 2 1/2 years.
