Parallelogram is the correct answer. A rhombus is a special case of a parallelogram where the four sides are of equal length. This is not a necessary condition for a quadrilateral to have 2 line symmetry but the diagonals are unequal and intersects at right angles.

It would be like a Kite.
Draw an equilateral triangle. Draw a median. This will make a right angle with the intersecting side. On this median, you can take any point and make the quadrilateral, it will have the same characteristics as specified by you.
