it will start nicely but any other circuit that gets 12v will burn up ( !!!) CAUTION on a lot of bikes the starter is the generator so even wiring directly to the starter will cost you ( most battery chargers have a 6v setting -so charge it ! )

do you have any other options? maybe a friend with a motorcycle or electric start lawnmower or snowblower or maybe something that runs off of low volt ?
you might want to at least TRY pop starting it - put it into gear then get it rolling - (holding clutch in) then release the clutch and rev. this should work - it may take you as few attemps before you are good but it is a good skill to have.

No I wouldn't recommend it. To much power for the 6 volt system you will blow out all the lights and any thing that is electrical but if you have a battery charger you can use it to start your motorcycle

NO DON'T DO IT. You'll do damage defo and probably end up with a bill for an ECU wiring looms and all sorts. I know someone who did this, the rev counter and speedo stuck halfway round each gague and no other auxillary electrics/gagues worked but the bike did run. You've been warned!!!!!

It is possible, I've done it. But if you keep the two batterys connected for more then 1-2 seconds you're going to do some damage.

if it is a last resort. I used to have to do it often for 1 bike I used to own. try to roll it off first and only use the car if you have to. Also, if you do use the car battery, I would do it without the car engine running.
