Women love the so-called "gangstas" and "playas" -- men who are needy and insecure, but overcompensate by being loud, abrasive, and attention seeking.
On the other hand, women ignore men who are healthy, secure, intelligent, and don't let others walk all over them.

Not all women are attracted to those sort of men. I myself can't stand them. My boyfriend is a rather quiet guy (until you hand hm a guitar *lol*) but he exudes this sort of... calm, peaceful asuredness, which is very attractive.

No woman I know fits the above, certainly there must be some, but maybe you are watching too much TV and have got the wrong impression. Women want a man that can handle the world and bring home the beacon at the same time. She doesn't want him weeping the bathroom over his job, she wants him out there secure in the knowledge that he can do what it takes to fulfill his life and those he wants included in it.
As to not letting others walk all over him, if you mean by women, I doubt it. But lets fact is, men use women just like women use men. They want them for looks, to hang on them and to screw them, want them to always look great and they themselves will abuse a women and walk all over her to show the world just how great he is...you even say this.
Take my word, we want a healthy, secure, intelligent guy that knows just who he is and where he is going and in that respect we will do everything we can to help him get there.

honestly, the bottom line is... we won't ever fully understand each other... because each female/male is different from the next... and PLEASE give the benefit of the doubt.... everyone has reasons, be it that you think its a good reason or not.... its not you going through something... just be there for the person, help them through it and help them get OUT of it...
If you are in love with someone that is currently with a bad person, pray for them, continue loving them... Help them whenever they need you.... it will all turn out in your favor!

most women well most intelligent women can determine whether someone is fake or not. Most young women are still a lil curious and practicing rebelion and think those loser type guys are tough i think its funny but they eventually realize when there close to 30 that its time to grow up and get a real relationship
