The shock of it all.
My neighbor Beverly who was in the first plane.
The heros, the loss, the utter senselessness of it all

i grew to become right into a youngster that listened to distinctive radio and offered distinctive albums in 1971 yet thankfully, I haven't any reminiscence of this crap. I actual have an extremely particular style of hatred for those styles of one hit ask your self stupid songs with some stressful jibberish capture 'word'. One grew to become into one too many. If I have been king of the worldwide, i could erase this variety of song from all documents and documents.

When 9/11 happened I was still in Cuba. Even tho I had nothing to do with 9/11 I felt sorry for all the families who lost their loved ones. I'm just gonna get thru my day, and I sure hope that the ones who caused it r burning in hell.

I was sitting in a chapel service when the announcement was made, I rushed to the student center to use the phone to make sure my aunt and my friends who live in NYC were safe, there were extremely long lines so I preceeded to class were the professor showed video footage of the disaster. I made phonecalls later in the day and everyone was o'kay, but I will always remember those who were not so lucky.

I'll remember the Job I was at when I heard about it. I just couldn't get over it for awhile, thinking about how awful it must have been for the people in NY! I know it was bad enough when we had that bombing here in Oklahoma, but that was worse!

I was remembering where I was -- still at home getting ready for work -- when I was watching coverage on NBC. I turned it on right before the second plane hit and remember hearing them announce the 2nd plane.
I had to keep going to work but remember trying desperately to get in touch with my friend, whose husband works in the Pentagon (he was not onsite that day), my friend who lived in NYC, and my dad who worked for NASA.

I didn't even hear about it til I walked into work and one of my co-workers excitedly blurted out "we're under attack, They're attacking New York." and all I could respond was, Excuse me! Of course then she calmed down and explained what was going on. Thats what comes to mind first.
