Steve was a wonderful person and truly sent to this Earth to show us that there are things in life bigger that we are. I am grateful to him for many things, even though we never knew one another. To touch a persons life from so far away is a awesome thing. He planted a seed in my children's minds and it has grown, both of my boys love Animal Planet, they will watch that more than any cartoon any day. I was and still am deeply saddened by the loss that we as a human race has suffered. My heart and prayers go to Terri, Bindi and Bob. I wish them all the love and support they need. Steve's life is one to be celebrated and his spirit will live on in those he has touched. God bless you Steve.

Seems like a lot of people on here miss him. The best way to pay tribute to him is do something to help the animals. Typing up question after question about his passing does no good. Go volunteer at a shelter, spread the word about spay/ neuter, donate to preserving the rain forests. Do something, but Y!A is not the place.

I was stunned when I saw the headline on Yahoo of Steve Irwin's passing, and yet he could die no other way. He did what he loved to the very end; what more could anyone ask for? I feel for Terry, Bindi and Bob, my heart goes out to them. What a loving mate and father he seemed to be! I pray they, and his dad, will be able to keep on going, and maintain the Zoo that Steve loved so much.

Being an animal lover isn't approximately living as much as a picture defined by making use of exterior measures, it is approximately being actual on your guy or woman compassion and appreciate. needless to say you do care, or you does not difficulty so, so basically carry on with your instincts. Be actual to your self.

I agree. My 8 year old grandson loves him and loved to watch his show. I called his mom, my daughter, and told her as soon as I found out Sunday. I watch him after school during the week and didn't want to tell him of Steve Irwin's death.
Well here it is Friday and we still haven't told him. I know it sounds stupid but he just had a hamster die this summer and he didn't take it too well. We are afraid of his reaction to the death of a person he loves and respects.

I think people are asking questions about him in order to deal with his passing. I don't think there's anything wrong with this and if others tire of the questions they should avoid them out of respect.
Steve Irwin was an ordinary man, but not a simple one and one to be remembered.
How many of us can say that?
