I walked out on the balcony for a cigarette, with just a tanktop on, (my balcony is all the way in the back of the complex & hidden from everyone but her) & I didn't think she was home because she never is, but this time she was, and she saw everything I have.
She likes to call the police alot too, should I worry!?!

If I saw you from the waist down, I'd probably like what I saw and want to see more. You were in your right due to the fact that you were on your property and you can dress, )or undress), as you see fit.
I wouldn't worry about it......just go about walking out on the balcony that way again.

Not sure, they may just come out and talk to you. If you are on your own property and not in the public view, you would be ok, but it sounds like you were not entirely hidden. you need to keep a robe on your balcony.

For a one-time deal, I think it's her word against yours. If you did it regularly, you might get some kind of intervention from the police for public exposure or some such charge.
Jeepers, she sounds like a lot of "fun."

She can, but IF they come out it will just be to talk to you and tell you not to don't it again, because to arrest you they'd have to see it first hand. But think about it, the police have alot better things to do with their time.
Just appologize to her Tomorrow and don't do it again.

u can deny it . . . and if she calls the police all the tyme then just tell them "this lady is crazy, i dunno what she is talking about" then tell them if she did see anything she was lookin ur house and shes a peeping tom and file a report against her since the coppers are there anywayz . . .
