Both. Gringos because they make such a big noise about freedom and the likje and they succeed at killing democracy all over the place. We Canadians because we pass off as the nice kids in the neighbourhood but our leadership is just an extension of the White House, and more notably so in these awful Bush's days.

Not everyone in the entire country believes exactly the same. I am sure there are hypocrits everywhere.
