Helter Skelter ....... and it Was Ringo Who Screamed it .. and he was Not Joking at the Time.....They were trying to Record the Song as Something Just Loud and Abrasive to compete with a Song the who had put out. Ringo had been playing so hard that he uttered the phrase at the end of the session and they decided to leave it in :-)

The song is Helter Skelter by the Beatles, of course.
John does the screaming, thought I have read in some sources that it was Ringo?
(maybe an inside running joke between the two? Just speculating.)

John said it, but I'm not sure which song. I'll give a guess.
"I've Got a Feelin"
Wrong song, but John definitely is the one speaking. All of their voices are different.
