What are the nicest appropriate questions to ask for people on this website and how can I avoid asking dumb questions?
Maybe it wouldn't hurt if I stopped posting questions right?

Well, it really doesn't hurt. Asking questions, as long as you pick a best answer, is usually free. You get three points for the best answer, - picking a best answer - and two points for answering a question. So, if I were to ask a question (which I just did) and answer another one, you've made up your points.
The questions in which I would adviod asking are ones about sex, drugs, and stupid stuff. If you know the answer, don't ask it. I would adviod staying away from polls&surveys and the adolesents forum posts - they are not great with spelling and so forth. Although polls and surveys has really cleaned itself up, so it's your fair game.

There is NO such thing, as a dumb question. Everyone had to learn by asking questions!! Keep posting, only some of us like to use long-hand, so other folks can understand the question. Try to ask as many questions, as you need too, If you don't know how to do something, just ASK!! good luck..

You can ask anything you want as long as it does not violate the Yahoo TOS or the Answers community guidelines. The best questions include enough detail so that answerers can post a viable answer without asking for more information.

Try question that really bother you ... some question you dont find an answer. Maybe then we can help ypu better.

You can ask anything you want. Just expect people to answer them in different ways, very different ways. Good luck!!!
