I've had my dreams come true, and I've had dreams (sleeping) that have come true too--of course, with that, you can always "interpret" either way.
So, yes, dreams really do come true.

dreams come true. It's just an expression. It don't really means dreams. It's a metaphor. They are talking about your live goals...when you are teen and want to be a movie start or a driver or sport's player. That's is really about.
Answer is yes. You can make your dreams (wishes, goals) come true.

Dreams as in sleeping dreams or waking dreams. You can wish (dream) for a nice house and get it with a little work. Some people can have dreams while sleeping that are dreams of things yet to come. Most dreams are just your subconscious replaying things from your life.
