Is it just Me or why do I seem to always look and feel bigger than I am when I look in mirrors..is it just all in My head?

yes sometimes mirrors can give you a different image....remember that mirrors are not accurate.

Most people are not happy with there bodies so indeed when they do look in a mirror they seem to feel or look bigger than they really are.

YES some mirrors are warped because they do not paint a flattering picture at all. ... But which mirror is wrong? the one that makes you appear big or the one that you feel good looking at? I say the one that makes you feel good.

Yes, depends on the quality and type of the mirror, they can make you look thinner, or fatter. I've heard department stores use those mirrors that make you look just a tad thinner, so you'd buy more clothes.

It could be, but I think some mirrors do actually make the person look larger.

But in truth the mirror is the image other people see !!!!

I real flat mirror doesn't lie, but if they have been subject to heat then they could be disformed and not be real. The chances are it's just in your head.
