Hey, My father is getting married (second time) and Me and my brother are searching for great honey moon locations. They talk about going to a mountin scape. Does anyone know of a great Mountin locations for a honey moon? Im not sure how soon after the wedding they would like to go. Due to it being a suprise and all.

I love Breckenridge, Colorado. It's my very favorite mountain town. The scenery is amazing, the people and friendly, the food is great and the snow is always abundant. Here's a link:

You didn't mention where you're at, but if they'd like to travel to Canada, Banff, Alberta is another amazing place. It is the most beautiful place, second to the Colorado Rockies that is, I've ever visited. Banff actually reminds me a lot of Breckenridge! Could be why I liked it so much! Lake Louise is another beautiful spot not far from the town of Banff. Here's another link:

Up in the Rocky Mtns in Colorado is beautiful, check out Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Telluride and Estes Park (Estes Park isn't as much of a place to ski but it's beautiful and in the mtns right near the natl park, it's supposed to be very romantic). Other options, the poconos in PA, Whistler in Canada, Wyoming near Yellowstone, Big Bear in CA.

It depends on how remote they want to be, what activities they like to do and what time of year they might be travelling.
Off hand, I would recommend:
Glenwood Springs - hot spring pools, river rafting, hiking, other outdoor activities
Breckenridge/Dillon - outdoor activities, skiing
Vail - skiing, shopping, gondola to the top in the summer (and winter for skiing)
Aspen - skiing, chairlift to the top in the summer
Estes Park - quaint little alpine town with Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park nearby. My brother and sister-in-law went here for their honeymoon and loved it.
(All of the above are in Colorado)
Mt. Hood, Oregon (just outside of Portland) - skiing and near a large city
Mt. Rainier, Washington (Crystal Mountain is the ski resort) - skiing, hiking, etc.
Eden, Utah - out of the way, skiing
Banff, Jasper or Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada- beautiful scenery

Buena Vista has a place called Rainbow lake. As well as many other cabins. Vail, Breckinridge, Canyon City- they have a dinner train that goes under the royal george bridge, Slida, Durango, or Rocky Mountain National Park!!!!!!!!!!!!! TJforever

The Smokey Mountains in Tennessee are lovely. Should be able to find a nice quite getway. Try the Pigeon Forge area. Tourest stuff there also if they are interested in some sight seeing.

Try "Creel", which is located in Chihuahua, in Mexico.
The mexican Copper Canyon is located there. it has lots of beautiful places very near where they can go. They won't regret it. They can fly to Chihuahua city; and they can take a beautiful train trip throguh the mountains to get to Creel. Beleive me, it's beautiful.

There are alot of great honeymoon cabins in Gatlinburg, Tennessee (the Smokey Mountains). During the fall it is really pretty up there, and there are alot of good restaurants and shopping.

in case you want warmth places then Thailand / Malaysia / Singapore they are very effective some component completely diverse from Lebanon and its no longer that expansive yet in case you want Europe almost continuously is expansive yet I loved the most Amsterdam Holland its waw Italy its similar climate like Lebanon yet extra prepared and positive extra historic places in Rome /Venice and the adult men are waw, Spain very effective as its my different homestead usa, different Europe for me one nighttime provide up is extra then sufficient about US I went large apple / Atlantic city / Chicago effective yet no longer for honey moon I spend my honey moon in Cyprus its expansive and its purely coastline distinctly a lot like Lebanon even Lebanon prettier different smart bypass to Syria :P in no way went there
