Avoid them like the plague- in fact, avoid all mobile phone companies for anything but mobile phones, as they can't run anything else. I'd recommend either BT or Telewest, the latter particularly for internet access as everyone I've heard from think they're great. If you live in a part of the country that's served by NTL, however you might find them not so good, despite the fact they're part of the same company!

Carphone Warehouse, had it about 3 years ago. BIG MISTAKE. Nothing but problems very expensive and were still taking direct debits from me 6 months after I cancelled. Very aggressive and rude call centres, make it very hard to cancel
These companies are not worth the hassle, I stuck with BT for my home and business and I know exactly what I pay each month.
