most will say Oprah because the ***** has money. But, the richest person in the world that I know is my sister Shiela. She has a loving husband, and 4 beautiful adult children now. She has a wonderful home and grand kids. She has it all. She is rich beyond her biggest dreams. She has it all. Loving husband, children and grandchildren. See? It doesn't take money to be the richest woman in the world.
