I remember only too well. In fact I know that I will never forget. I tried to watch something about 911 a couple of weeks ago, and realized that I am just not ready yet. The shock and horror of that day came rushing back with a clarity that was staggering within the first 3 minutes of the show. I can talk about 911 in abstracts, but I am just not ready to relive the pain and death yet. On 911 I don't plan to watch anything about it. I will offer a moment of silence in tribute to our fallen comrades, and hope that they know that as long as I have a voice their deaths will not be in vain. I do believe there are people who have forgotten, and need to be reminded. The threat is still very real, and we as a people have to remain ever vigilant. There is no doubt that we will be attacked again in the future, but if the apologists and denyers have their way it will become a frequent affair like what happens in the Middle East. We cannot allow this ever!

who says people do not remember the attacks in London? after all Americans were injured and killed in those attacks as well. Part of why you may think this is there were not near the numbers injured or killed as on 9/11. But then again do you remember the attacks in Africa?

You mean the war in Afghanistan? Absolutely, its because they refused to turn over the man responsible for 911.

Or the war in Iraq, where we removed a dictator that was trying to get his hands on weapons to use agains the US that would have made 911 look like a warmup....

I still see the planes hitting the towers and the people jumping !!!
It completely changed my life. I tried to join the military, but I was too old. I told my wife I had to do something to help, so I'm in Iraq supporting the troops. I will never forget that horrible day !

Have faith. Some of us have not forgotten.

It's amazing to me that it's "too soon" so show the planes flying into the buildings on 9-11, but one year after Katrina, they can't stop talking about it.

Couldn't be the liberal media bias, could it?

I think we are just continuing the combat (started with Korea) that pays for the economy of this country.
After they killed Kennedy it would not surprise me if they would bomb a couple of buildings to keep the masses screaming for blood. I don't know if they did, but they might. Big money, big power, total control. Ain't it great.
