While chatting, I came across someone who insists DataEntry for a good income as much as 40$ a day. Please brief me the process. I'm located in INDIA.

Data Entry usually comes in 3 forms: Alpha, (as in just the ABCs), Numberic (just numbers, in which you should know the 10-key well), or Alpha Numeric (both numbers and letters). Accuracy is always the key.

Generally speaking, it's insanely boring, but you'll have good job security, eventhough the working conditions aren't very good. It's also very likely to be a dead-end job. I've done some data entry positions in the past and although I was very good at it, I never stayed for long, just in it for some extra money. There's no creativity involved and often cramped with other data entry employees. Minimal communication with others, you might not even have your own phone on your desk so it's hard for others to contact you in an event of an emergency, etc.

Go ahead if you really need the money and there's nothing else out there, but you're not going to enjoy it and you won't learn anything while there.

Hi Harvik,

I've had a lot of experience over the past 3 years with this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I was in college. There's sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunities.

Now after sooo many disapointments I'm using a crowd called Data Entry Pro and it's now making me money (finally!) online.

Anyway, basically you sign up with them and then once your logged in you just fill in as many forms as you like in their members section and you get paid for each one. I get checks from them every 2 weeks each averaging around $250-$350. You could make more but I just use the site as an extra income stream aswell as my full time job so I only work on it for around an hour each night.

You do have to be prepared to spend a little money though if you want to do anything online like this but it´s already been worth it for me.

Here`s the link you can get them at anyway -> www.datatry.com

Hope this helps!
Goodluck,
William

Ps: I forgot to tell you that they now have a 60 day money back guarantee or something like that (they didn't have one of these when I joined) so if you don't like it you can get a full refund... I know you won't look back though! :)

It's the most simplest software to work with. It so easy! It's alpha numeric. It's mostly a contact listing software. You have different database softwares such as: Oracle; Access; ACT and several others and they are so simple to use. If you get a booklet on each software or whatever software that you're using, you can teach yourself on the basics and once you have the basics you can move further into the learning of Data Entry just by discovery.

Hope I've been some help!

It's a Scam.

A data entry clerk is a member of staff who reads hand-written or printed records and types them into a computer. They are sometimes employed on a temporary basis, but most large companies which have large amounts of data will hire on a near-permanent basis. The number of data entry clerks is declining as it becomes easier for people in other positions to enter data as it emerges.

I would love to do that! But as much as i try i can not type fast!! I can not type without looking at the keyboard! And you have to be a real good typist and Fast too!!!! I would be leery of taking any job for data entry that's not at a actual company.

Depending on what company you work for, Data Entry is basically typing what you see or filling in the blanks on a form.
