It depends on what car you are actually interested in obtaining. If you do a google search for "replica car" or "kit car" you will find lots of links. Many of the kit car companies offer turn key (ready to drive) as well as kits. (Build it yourself from their parts, often added to an existing "donor" car) There are also many custom car companies that customize an existing car any way you want.
