curable??? its not a disease .. it can be controlled though.. u just need to work on it.. alot of men can feel when they are starting to get to excited and will stop for a few moments till they calm down..some find ways of distracting themselves in their own minds to make last longer.... so u just need to find what works for u.. And a healthy sex life is important for a marriage... a womans satisfaction is different for all women.. most as long as they get theres they are happy even if it only lasts 2 minutes.. So practice on ur oral skills.. and do alot of forplay prior to....that way she will feel like it took longer from start to finish.. even if "intercourse" itself only lasted a short time..

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/yBU5q

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

The less you worry about it, the better you perform. What does cause a man to ejaculate too early?

psychological predispositions,
certain drugs,
stress, fear, urgency, feeling guilty,
You can try so called “squeeze technique” to overcome premature ejaculation. This technique requires some time and patience and cooperating partner, who would need to keep squzeezing the head of your penis topprevent ejaculation from occurring too early. Also, it is worth to know, that antidepressants called selective seratonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) can be effective (Prozac, paxil, Zoloft).
Take a look here to find out what to do http://tinyurl.com/rnkd8
Also, this is from Forbes.com
"The findings are published in the Sept. 9 issue of The Lancet.

Premature ejaculation is the most common male sexual problem, even more common than erectile dysfunction, affecting 21 percent to 33 percent of American men.

In the study, Pryor and his colleagues looked at the combined results of two trials that tested dapoxetine. The trials included 2,614 men who had moderate to severe premature ejaculation.

The men were randomly assigned to receive a placebo or different doses of dapoxetine. They were told to take the drug one to three hours before having sex. At the start of the study, the men ejaculated, on average, in less than a minute after penetration.

However, after 12 weeks, men taking dapoxetine increased their time to ejaculation to 2.78 minutes for those receiving a 30-milligram dose, and to 3.32 minutes for those receiving a 60-milligram dose, the researchers found. For men taking a placebo, the time to ejaculation averaged 1.75 minutes.

Pryor thinks this study will get people talking more about the problem of premature ejaculation. "I hope this paper brings premature ejaculation out of the closet," he said. "I hope it allows for mature discussion about it, and that people realize that there is hope."

One expert familiar with dapoxetine thinks the drug has promise but will not be available in the United States.

"The problem is that dapoxetine was presented to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration last year, and they rejected it out-of-hand as a treatment for premature ejaculation," said Dr. James Barada, director of the Center for Sexual Health in Albany, N.Y.

The drug can produce side effects such as nausea, headache, upset stomach and weakness. It is being released in Europe, Barada said."

Most women I have been with need to be worked on a while to get off . 10-15-20 mins. Hell if their drinking ,sometimes even longer. That's part of the joy of it. Its not a race.,its a long drive down a windy road. "Mens Health " has some articles on how to last longer or see a doc.

See a doctor (a specialist, like a urologist). He'll tell you that 95% of PE cases are psychological in nature, and probably prescribe an anti-depressent to reduce stress. You'd be surprised, should help.

The other thing he can prescribe is a numbing cream you can apply to yourself, should make you be able to last longer. You'll need to wear a condom of course so you don't numb-up your partner!!
