Oh no! I really loved Surface...I hate when we're left hanging.
Maybe another network will pick it up, though I doubt it.

I really enjoyed Surface but I didn't get to see Invasion. I know Internet buzz is not the most reliable source but I saw on one of the boards I go to that Surface might get picked up by the Sci-Fi channel, which would be great. Fingers crossed, but I won't hold my breath. I think the worst part is after watching the show for weeks and getting into the story and caring about the characters the final was a cliff hanger. And that's the really annoying part.

They were both really good shows. Invasion being the better of the two. Surface was a little annoying with the whole "ET"-ripoff deal, but otherwise entertaining. Invasion, started very, very slowly, but I stuck with it and it was paying off. But in this age of crap-celebrity-reality flash-bang TV, it didn't stand a chance. By the time Invasion really started to get really, really good, too many people (with short attention spans) tuned out. Invasion was really, really good, I wish it was coming back.

Yes- I am. That was the first season of TV I enjoyed since The X-Files. Way to end Invasion with a cliffhanger, and then cancel the show. Now all I have to watch is The 4400 which is definately rescheduled for next season.

I am really upset Invasion isn't returning. I never watched Sufrace so I can't say I'm upset it's not coming back, but I thought Invasion was great. I think it gave us something other than your normal, run of the mill sitcoms and cookie cutter dramas to watch.

Yeah, I watched and liked both shows and so did most of my family and friends and internet buddies. I wish someone wouls ask me. Who are these so called Neilsen ratings families anyway? Where are they? No one ever asked me.
