Try the following:
- Drink ginger tea with honey. Best is homemade. Cook one thumb size of a piece of ginger in water and add black sugar or honey to it for taste.
- Take Fibre Plus. This fibre product helps to clear your stuff in your stomach and after taking, you will find that it will relieve your situation.
- Destress. Are you very stressed now? Stress can lead to bloatedness in tummy as well, so it will help only if you remove and remove the CAUSE of it... ;)
