Nobuyki Idei has really lost his marbles big time he stood a very good chance of winning the console war this xmas. Its very good news for Satoru Iwata as he now has the only pre xmas console.
I was going to get a ps3 but I am getting a wii now. I am probably going to wait for the price to come down

No of course not. If we didn't expect delays then we'ree all retarded. These new game consoles are usually delayed anyway.
As for me, I will be buying this maybe in 2008 or so.
When the prices have dropped and the bugs fixed.
I also think by then there will be a whole bunch of good PS3 games

Yes. For the price they are going to charge, and by the time it eventually starts being sold, there will be no point in buying a PS3. Building your own decent PC would be cheaper.

It was the price that stopped me from even considering buying one in the first place. So no the delay doesn't really effect my decision.

I'll get it if I can afford it, regardless of when it comes out. By the time the bloody thing is released It looks like I may be able to do just that.

Thats not going to be the think that makes me stop... what makes me stop is... Wii! Not just a prettier evolution of old concepts, but an actual NEW gaming system that will bring new game play opportunities

No, coz it has hardware better than that of 360. Even with the hefty price tag, I'll still buy the thing coz I feel that it's worth my money.

Prob for a while.
I got he XBOX 360 and it is awesome.
I can't see how PS3 will be much better.
