Definitely real, but few have any sort of control over it. Poltergeist activity is often explained by energy fluxes around young people, which is their own telekinetic power out of control around them without their knowledge. We only use a small portion of our brains. If we learn to activate the parts of our brain, train our brains, to do "magical" things like telekinesis, telepathy, seeing the future, making people not notice us, astrally travelling, and more, we can do shocking things... but the power is not easily accessible by choice. It must be something used in the correct frame of mind.
I cannot do major amazing things as yet, but I have reached the point where I can meditate for five minutes and feel as if I've had an hour or more of sleep with no grogginess. Plus, I return to "normal" with increased knowledge and peace.
Train your mind. Start small and be thankful for each ability you accumulate.

Human beings only use about 10 percent of their brains. Science is still investigating the other 90 percent, including the possibility paranormal abilities. There is no reason to believe that the ability to use telekinesis, telepathy, precognition or other powers doesn't exist. Just because we don't know how to use them yet doesn't mean we won't someday.

Since it's never been demonstrated and there is no basis for it, it is real fiction.

I've not seen it or experienced it for myself. However, I think it's possible....I think it's possible to nudge something, but I doubt anyone could gain enough skill to toss something around with any accuracy or impetus.
