I've never been to one, but it sounds like a great chance to get out of the house with the little one and get some good exercise. I'd like to suggest starting one at my local YMCA, but need some ideas. Thanks!

Nursery Rhymes, arts and crafts, silent auctions. It's really fun and it's a great way to bond not only with your child but it gets you out of the house/apartment and meet other moms and compare recipes and talk girl stuff.

i went to a mommy and me class at a co-op preschool, and i followed her around doing art and crafts and played with her and she also got to play with children her age. I really enjoyed it because we got out of the house and she got to learn new things that i never thought a 2 year old could learn.
