Two possible answers come to mind

a) when one race is institutionally placed in a servile, or more loosely in any inferior position to another. Examples: blacks, Asians and coloureds in relation to whites in South Africa under apartheid; non-Aryans such as Jews and Slavs in relation to Aryans in Hitler's Germany; Celts ("Welsh") in relation to English people in King Ine's Wessex (see Ine's laws of about 700 AD).

b) when people hold themselves as in a psychologically inferior position in relation to others based on racial thinking, such as some black Britons thinking of themselves as incapable of succeeding in what they perceive as white-dominated society.

To be exact racial servitude is a form of slavery. The racial servitude is a concept that was developed when different cultures or races were placed into slavery, in today's society the term reflects a large racial group that is working for mere pennies and have barely enough funds to pay for food, shelter, and transportation. The basic human rights have been in a sense taken away and because of their race they are forced to work in positions that would otherwise be classified as being beneath them due to educational background or life experience. I hope that helps!

I'll take a S.W.A.G.(scientific wild @ss guess) at it. someone who is duty bound towards their own race because of innate beliefs, or policies taught them in them at youth, OR learned from interactions w / other races which was demeaning or aggravating / disturbing. frustrated by other races habits/ lifestyles and stubbornness to remain separate individuals, but still be in their their midst,as to force them to tolerate them, but still desire to be only amongst their own kind. THIS COULD BE SAID OF ALL RACES!! BUT NOT ALL PEOPLE PS GIVE DEFINITION BEFORE RESOLVING / ENDING Q. pps pss? psychologist explained being a cook!!!

Its when you go into a Denny's or Applebees, and the waitress or waiter is black or spanish, and they are like "dayum...whatchoo wanna eat now" after making you wait forever because they are too damn fat and lazy to move fast so they come over with an attitude.

They are servers with attitudes

Servitude.

And where the racial comes in is obvious.
