Not sure whether Yahoo would like my mentioning it, but if you have Google taskbar, you should be able to go to the website with your browserm then in your Google search window enter the certain keyword then click "Search only on ..." and that should, I think, search the whole of that website (or at least any of the pages that are connected directly or indirectly to that main page).
If you are wanting the keyword on just one or a few web pages of that website, find those pages with Google Search (searching for that certain keyword) and then look at the "Cached" version of that page or pages and that certain keyword should be highlighted in each occurrence on that page.

You need a cooperation of a site using an index server to offer Search the Site feature, either by home-grown IT effort or Google out-src program. That's obviously out of your control.
Or you can cheat your way around the problem by using offline browser to get every page in that site down and grep (UNIX-speak) the entire subdirectory.

Use firefox from http://www.getfirefox.com
type the '/' key without quotes and the word / phrase you want to search for, than it will highlight it instantly, to find every instance just press F3.
I do this all the time, makes researching websites a whole lot easier!
