SERIOUS RESPONSES ONLY. Are you the only person of your race at your place of employement. How does it make you feel when you know people treat you ugly on purpose and not by accident. I am. I am ready to walk out the door.

Things are pretty balanced where I live thank goodness, but I can only imagine the feeling and it already disturbs me. Walking out is not necessarily an answer to your problem if the job is something you enjoy. How can someone influence and ignorant person or persons if they do not show them different? On the other hand...if you are completely dissenchanted with your job...why suffer? Go find something that leaves you a little less mocked and upset at the end of the day.

Yep..i have been in that position many times and being the only educated, beautiful, classy, resourceful and smart person that I am, I find the women around me are jealous, not helpful, have only HS degrees, don't use the right grammer, and think they are all that! and wait for me to mess up. I don't work anymore cause i am a stay home mom can't take the politics anymore. These women, usually White, are just aweful and they will do anything to make them look good.

You have tooooooo muuuuuuch time on your hands to think of racial thoughts that of which you should be ashamed of your self and should spend more time addressing it or shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!
