If it was that long ago, it is unlikely you can recover it. Usually with the first hour part or all of the file will be overwritten by the next file you save. (Remember that Windows saves files continually during its operation). So after two to three days, it is unlikely you can recover
But - do a Google search for "undelete" programs. There are several free ones available. I use FreeUndelete from http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete Download and install one and give it a try. You might get lucky. And if not - atleast you will have the program available on your PC in the future. (So you don't overwrite the next file you need downloading and installing the undelete program).

I'm not very sure if will work, but try to restore your computer to an earlier date. System restore "undeletes" software programmes that have been deleted based on the date you choose. Chances are that it might work for movies too.
Start ---->Accessories---->System tools ---->System Restore.

if you haven't emptied your recycle bin just open it and choose the file then use restore otherwise get the dos prompt and use the undelete command http://www.computerhope.com/undelete.htm#03
