Because for the longest time they thought she did not exist, so she has finally been "revealed". Society is so wrapped up in that sort of stuff.

Because pictures of Suri have been so long awaited. Tom is a weird guy and the fact that he hid the identity of his child was even weirder. Some people thought there was no baby so when pictures finally popped up every magazine wanted to show them.

What's her name is Katie Holmes and the reason is because everyone waited so darn long to see a picture of the baby. So long in fact that people started to think that the baby wasn't even real...that it was all just a publicity stunt that Tom started.

because this is the very first picture of tom's baby and they wouldn't let anyone take pictures till now so that's why there in every news paper

I heard there baby was mixed up with another baby and they got the outher baby. But I think its just rumor.
